All of our correspondence and 1:1 sessions will be virtual. This allows us to build a rapport together faster than we could if you were to travel to my office 1x a month. And I’ll be right by your side to support you wherever you go!

During your consultation, we’ll take a thorough look at your current movement, nutrition, and lifestyle patterns. If we are in alignment, we’ll on board you into your Program Portal and schedule your first virtual session.
