Hi, I’m Jess.

I grew up in a small town in Connecticut and discovered my passion for health and fitness around the time I turned 22. What started as a goal to run my first 5k turned into a lifelong journey. I realized slowly that moving my body helped reduce my anxiety and improved my mood. This was during a time where I was facing some major personal relationship challenges. Over time, I began to crave exercise.

Since then, I’ve gone on to run over 25 road races, dabbled a bit in the sport of body building, and built a career helping women who face personal struggles of their own, transform their lives by improving their relationship with food & fitness.

Today, I’m dedicated to empowering women to reach their goals and realize their full potential because I’ve seen first hand all of the doors that begin to open for you when you feel confident.


My Approach

My approach to health coaching is rooted in balance and sustainability. I focus on helping women build healthy habits that fit their lifestyles, while providing the support and tools they need to feel confident and in control of their journey.

I work with women who want to overcome the following challenges:

  • Emotional/Binge Eating

  • “Yo-yo” Dieting/Diet Cycling

  • Lack of Motivation

  • Lack of Support At Home & At Work
